Tung Lok Signatures at The Central, Clarke Quay opened on 6th June 2007 following the successful launch of its first branch at Vivo City last November. Overlooking the bustling Clarke Quay and Singapore River, diners will be able to enjoy the refreshing waterfront view from the outdoor dining area – The Balcony.
The 200-seater restaurant with 3 private rooms and a separate semi-private section that can seat about 32 persons will feature “the-best-under-one-roof“ – a unique combination of signature dishes from the various Tung Lok restaurants as well as newly created dishes available only at this outlet.
The design and décor of the restaurant is chic and stunning with custom-made furniture and classy interiors touched with modern oriental finishing.
Due to overwhelming response, Tung Lok has invited the abalone specialist, Simon Koh Yong, to share his experience about harvesting and braising dried abalone. After the talk by Koh, guests will indulge in a six-course dinner specially prepared by Li Ngai Man.
