”Angel’s Share” is an expression for the portion of wine lost through evaporation during the wine’s aging process. Myth has it that as an angel ”receives” the wine, she graciously returns the many extra dimensions that enhances the wine.
Recently voted to be among the ”Top 50 Bars in the World” by CLASS, a premium UK publication renowned for influences of bar culture, Angel’s Share seeks to enhance the appreciation of desired dining through a perfect blend of wines, food and ambience.
This new restrobar serves more than 700 labels of some of the finest wines from Australia, California, Italy and France, of which 50 are offered by the glass, a first in Singapore. This is the perfect destination for fine wines and cuisine prepared by a culinary team led by Jacob Ong.
Angel’s Share will be featuring the exquisite wines from one of the most respectable cult labels in Australia, the Rockford Basket Press Shiraz for their special feature activity as well as their celebratory menu.
