One of the newer restaurants in Singapore located at Purvis Street, Gunther’s is a partnership between award-winning Gunther Hubrechsen and Roberto Galetti. Gunther’s transcend a contemporary yet classy French flair in its interiors and food. Adhering to his affirmation of simplicity, details and elegance are well reflected in Chef Hubrechsen’s cooking style. With a homely, clean and simple ambience, the excitement comes from the food that is being served, which is essentially Chef Hubrechsen’s philosophy – offering simple yet flavourful meal with finesse. The restaurant can accommodate up to 25 customers and has two private rooms with separate entrances for private parties to accommodate 8 up to 18 customers. One can also enjoy a great selection of champagne on the comfortable sofa at the small but elegant bar. Be prepared for a surprise as Gunther serves up a surprise menu themed "Carte Blanche" for his feature activity. Be kept in anticipation of each course as there is no telling what Gunther is doing!
