Owned by Yuan Oeij and Michel Lu, Privé is a multi-concept F&B lifestyle venue encompassing an 120 seat restaurant helmed by celebrity chef Tony Bilson, a 150 seat waterfront outdoor Gastrobar, and a 50 seat Bakery Café.
The restaurant serves modern Continental cuisine rooted in classical French cooking techniques, with a menu that also features charcoal grilled meats and steaks.
