Culinary Poetry With Santi Santamarķa

To the three-Michelin-starred Santamarķa, the art of cuisine preparation can be compared to poetry; knowing how to distinguish the nuances of the ingredients and using them to perfectly complement each other. The Rubino Brothers
- A "Made to Order" Dinner

With the roaring success of Celebrity Chef Anthony Bourdain’s dinner for WGS2005, Discovery Travel & Living and WGS have teamed up once again to feature yet another celebrity chef dinner featuring, the Rubino Brothers.

Guy and Michael Rubino will be filming an episode of ‘Made to Order’ at the World Gourmet Summit. Their challenge – to prepare an exquisite dinner for Singapore’s discerning gourmands and culinary enthusiasts. Not only will diners be treated to Guy Rubino’s culinary genius and Michael Rubino’s hospitality flair, participants may also go behind-the-scenes and get the once in a lifetime chance to appear on international TV.

The Rubinos run the celebrated Rain Restaurant in downtown Toronto and the authentic Italian influenced Luce Restaurant in the highly acclaimed Hotel Le Germain.
