Headed up by an all-star culinary trio previously from Heston Blumenthal's The Fat Duck, Bacchanalia celebrates innovation with reinvented classics and distinctive, thought-provoking creations. Under the culinary direction of Executive Head Chef Ivan Brehm, who has also worked in the kitchens of Per Se, Mugaritz and Hibiscus, Bacchanalia presents familiar flavours in unfamiliar ways and encourages interactivity with an array of plates to share.
