A food critic, writer and TV personality, Chef Wan, will be showcasing his signature dishes at the StraitsKitchen. Savour the richness of Malay cuisine as Chef Wan takes charge of the Malay and dessert section, assisted by the kitchen team of the Grand Hyatt Singapore. There will also be an opportunity to pick up a tip or two as Chef Wan will be conducting a cooking class where he will share the skills of creating authentic Malay cuisine.
