               As a culinary student in Piemonte, Northern Italy, Chef Matteo Ponti was not one to sit frivolous and wait for
               his future to come around. His graduation was merely the start of his culinary career as he worked through
               summer breaks and Christmas holidays in different restaurants, where he gained experience and insights from
               the real world. His pursuit in refining his Mama’s’ recipes and sharing it with the rest of the world, brought Chef
               Matteo to venture in different countries like Belarus, Malta and France before coming to Singapore. Through
               his travels, he was able to expand his prowess not only as a Chef but also as a gourmand.
               His expertise in classic Italian cuisine led him to helm the kitchens of the best Italian restaurants in Singapore.
               At Forlino, a showcase of his culinary masterpieces, influenced by his own rendition of classic Italian cuisine
               with traces of his mama’s recipes and his own childhood memories, reflects on the restaurant’s menu.
