The imaginative 8-course dinner, showcasing Chef-Owner Ryan Clift’s signature avant-garde style, is paired with a stunning selection of Penfolds wines.
Up to 14 privileged guests may look forward to an elaborate, thoughtful sequence of dishes, with each wine introduced by Patrick Dowling. Expect to be amazed by truly unique flavour combinations highlighting quality ingredients sourced internationally, and herbs and microgreens locally harvested from Ryan’s urban farms. The dinner will be held at Bin 38, Tippling Club’s R&D kitchen and private dining space, located above the restaurant.
