2016 is a milestone year for The World Gourmet Summit, as it celebrates 20 sumptuous years of great food, fine wine and unique dining.
 
A glorious feast of events brings together a stellar cast of international culinary stars, home-grown talents, visiting industry personalities and discerning individuals who appreciate fine wines and cuisines. As the World Gourmet Summit reflects on the past two decades, it looks forward and continues to deliver more memorable gastronomic experiences.
World Gourmet Summit
Inaugurated in 1997 as part of Singapore Tourism Board’s initiative to establish Singapore as a culinary destination, the World Gourmet Summit has successfully grown into a globally recognised gastronomic event organised by A La Carte Productions (a division of Peter Knipp Holdings Pte Ltd) – World Gourmet Series.
 
Every year, a constellation of stars from the international and local culinary arena showcase a delectable spread of gastronomic experiences for a community of fine dining enthusiasts. Encompassing a series of dazzling events, including the gourmet golf experience, vintner dinners and special themed and celebrity dinners, the World Gourmet Summit is a spectacular annual gourmet expedition specially crafted for discerning individuals who appreciate fine wines and cuisines.

Our Mission is to create and conceptualise an experience dedicated to delivering the finest of the culinary scene in Singapore. The widely-anticipated gastronomic World Gourmet Summit, held annually in April, along with the Awards of Excellence, recognises and motivates talents present within the food and beverage industry.
 
Peter Knipp Holdings Pte Ltd is a company born out of one man’s deep desire to channel 25 years’ worth of food and beverage knowledge towards building a complete one-stop solution centre for all food, beverage and hospitality concept needs. With a dedicated team of industry specialists supporting him, Peter A Knipp set out in 1996 to establish his company as a leading Food & Beverage (F&B) consultancy in the region and has since worked with some of the world’s top companies to generate unique creative concepts.
