Diego Cabrera
Having born in Argentina, Diego Cabrera had the desire to learn and know the world which led him on a journey to Madrid, Spain where he was fulfilling his dreams dedicating to the cocktail. With a total of 16 years of experience in the world of cocktails, Diego became the president of the first ever International Congress for Mixology and Spirits.
This Congress comprise of two Mixologist trends. Firstly, trends will gather the most outstanding food and beverage industry professionals, creating a distinguishing concept based on unique and exclusive experiences. Secondly, Trends will be positioned as a worldwide reference event, aiming to develop and focus on the spirits, beverage and food industry. The objective of this congress is to provide the guests with high educational and media content. It is an event where the brands can develop their line of communication, impress the client, do business and be up to date with the latest trends and news of the market. |
