The Spanish word "Binomio” means ‘pairing up of’ or ‘duo’ in English. Binomio Spanish Restaurante is exactly that. It sees the pairing up of two different concepts both serving up authentic Spanish food representing gastronomy from all over Spain. The diner has a choice between the vibrant, more casual tapas bar or the slightly more formal atmosphere of the fine-dining restaurant. Binomio’s interior is a tasteful balance of contemporary design that possesses elegance and warmth and is complemented by Spanish elements of wood, bricks, tiles and original Spanish artifacts.
Tapas Bar A vibrant bar setting where the guests are offered choices from a diverse list of mouth-watering, authentic Spanish tapas using only the finest ingredients and plated up in style. Binomio's tapas bar is perfect for the indecisive diner who can sample a various selection of dishes as well as being an excellent choice of place for friends to gather for pre and post-dinner drinks. Fine-Dining The inner fine-dining area, while being more formal still exudes a welcoming warmth offering delectable yet non-fussy food that is both wholesome and pleasing to the eye. Binomio has three private areas; two smaller rooms each seating up to 8 persons or which when combine, can comfortably fit 18 guests and the Executive Private room, which can seat up to 30 guests and where guests can have the use of a projector and screen. |
