Seita Nakahara
Chef Seita hails from Tokyo in Japan and is no stranger to Singapore, having spent his formative years living here and where his passion for Italian food began almost 20 years ago. After working in some of Tokyo’s established Italian restaurants after finishing his formal education, he trained his way through the kitchens of Tuscany, Sicily and Piedmont over four years to learn the intricacies and techniques of Italian cuisine. He returned to Singapore in 2010 to work as Executive Chef in Enoteca L’Operetta. He aims to wow diners with not just his own unique culinary skills, but his passion and philosophy for producing fine, authentic Italian cuisine.
