Once mentored by Chef Patrick Heuberger, whom himself earned his years of experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Bistrot du Sommelier’s young and talented Chef de Cuisine, Brandon Foo, now helms the dynamic kitchen. Three professional sommeliers, headed by Maximilien Fedkiw, are responsible for creating an exciting wine list focusing on French wines.
