As Singapore’s first and only Nuevo Latino restaurant, Sur Nuevo Latino Kitchen (Sur) dishes out a tantalising and intoxicating blend of South American cooking. Nuevo Latino, which means “New Latin”, is a movement pioneered by renowned Cuban-American chef Douglas Rodriguez in the mid-1990s. Conceptualised and executed by Chefs Alejandro Luna and Vitelio Reyes, Sur promises to bring a piece of South America to diners  through favourite recipes passed down the generations, complemented by an ambience that has been specially designed to capture the true spirit of the rich Hispanic culture.
