Internationally renowned Italian chef Diego Chiarini pays tribute to the vibrant regional cuisines across Italy with an artisan à la carte and degustation menu showcase.The award-winning Chiarini is one half of the dynamic duo charged with defining the OSO identity, once described as “a cultural and gastronomical embassy of Italy”. Chiarini’s partner is General Manager Stephane Colleoni, a tastemaker whose overseas experience at some of the finest dining establishments around the world. Together, these two industry veterans have conceptualized a sensorial epicurean experience that begins the moment guests step into OSO. Housed within a heritage conservation shophouse at the trendy Bukit Pasoh district, the inviting interiors extend to the intimate dining hall, al fresco balcony and three private rooms that include a glass enclosed wine cellar.
