Established since 1998 in Harding Road, Au Petit Salut has undergone a transformation to complement Chef Paul Longworth’s showcase of contemporary French cuisine. Its luxurious dark wood interiors are strikingly chic, with an alfresco lounge area for dining outdoors amidst the lush Dempsey surroundings. With his passion and finesse, Chef Longworth brilliantly retains the spirit of the classic French fare while injecting his dishes with a contemporary twist. At the revamped Au Petit Salut, diners can enjoy Chef Longworth’s visually stunning and sublime menu, showcasing his take on signature dishes like “Baked Black Cod”, “Breast of Duck” and Saddle of Welsh Lamb”, accompanied by a selection of impeccable wines recommended by sommelier Jérome Desfonds.
