Helmed by chef-owner Ronnie Chia and his executive chef, Hiroshi Chigira, Tatsuya Japanese Restaurant is a name synonymous with beautifully crafted fresh sashimi and sushi. Over the years, Tatsuya has been named Best Restaurant from numerous publications such as  Wine and Dine and The Business Times. Chef Chia and his team also received the accolades of Best Asian Ethnic Restaurant of the Year 2007 and  Best Asian Ethnic Chef of the Year 2007 & 2008 by the prestigious World Gourmet Summit Awards. Occupying about 185 square metres of floor space including a sushi bar and various dining rooms, Tatsuya continues to maintain a high standard of intricate dishes and service excellence to stimulates the palate of its diners.
