W Singapore - Sentosa Cove's’ first contemporary grill restaurant, SKIRT makes its debut with a slick bar and restaurant serving the finest meats, sensational seafood, signature soups and tantalizing desserts. Leading the team is Australian Executive Chef Matthew Woolford, who has been in the F&B industry for over 18 years and was part of the team which introduced Asia's first W Hotel - the W Seoul Walkerhill. Accompanying Chef Woolford is Chef de Cuisine Andrew Nocente. Of Italian and Australian descent,Chef Nocente's experience included working at Maze Grill by Gordan Ramsey and Table No. 1 by Jason Atherton.
