Leica Exclusive Food Photography Workshop at Miele

Food photography is one of the toughest discipline in photography as photographers have to capture the taste of the dish in an image. It requires more than just technical know-how. Using different blends of colors will alter the viewer’s perception of the dish, and ultimately creates the impression of the food.

Commercial photographer Alan Lim has shot countless dishes over his career, and now he will share his knowledge with you. You don’t need big cameras to shoot the best food photo. Alan will demonstrate how you can achieve fantastic food photos with just a simple compact camera and commonly available tools that you can reach out in a restaurant or at home.

For this half-day workshop, we have also a renowned chef, Jimmy Chok, who will be creating some trademark fusion dishes for shooting during the workshop.
