About Chef Massimo Pasquarelli: Newly appointed Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, Massimo Pasquarelli brings with him over 18 years of culinary experience. Previously from The Aberdeen Marina Club in Hong Kong where he helmed the kitchen as Executive Chef since 2010, Chef Pasquarelli's experience also included stints at acclaimed restaurants such as Le Cirque in New York and close to ten years with numerous Michelin-starred restaurants under the Alain Ducasse Group. About Chef Corrado Assenza: Chef Assenza is the producer and inventor of Caffe’ Sicilia’s exquisite jams and sweets. He has been touted as the most daring experimenter to use strong sweet and savory elements of Sicilian cooking in his creations and is known as an alchemist of nature who works with rare raw materials in his fascinating recipes. About Chef Lino Sauro: Never one to remain content with status quo, the self-taught chef seeks to continually upgrade himself through reading and learning from his peers. What started off as just a form of means is now a full-blown passion for this fun-loving chef.
