Established since 1998 in Harding Road, Au Petit Salut has undergone a transformation to complement Chef Paul Longworth’s showcase of contemporary French cuisine. Its luxurious dark wood interiors are strikingly chic, with an alfresco lounge area for dining outdoors amidst the lush Dempsey surroundings. With his passion and finesse, Chef Longworth brilliantly retains the spirit of the classic French fare while injecting his dishes with a contemporary twist.
