Helmed by chef-owner Ronnie Chia and his executive chef, Hiroshi Chigira, Tatsuya Japanese Restaurant is a name synonymous with beautifully crafted fresh sashimi and sushi. Over the years, Tatsuya has been named Best Restaurant from numerous publications such as Wine and Dine and The Business Times. Chef Chia and his team also received the accolades of Best Asian Ethnic Restaurant of the Year 2007 and Best Asian Ethnic Chef of the Year 2007 & 2008 by the prestigious World Gourmet Summit Awards.
