Garth Foster discovered his love for mixology in his college days while attaining a psychology degree. What started as a part-time job turned into a full blown passion when he realised that he preferred lending an ear to people’s troubles over the bar and found himself enjoying the challenge of trying to find the perfect drink for each customer. Over the years Foster has honed his skills, working in and managing a number of bars and being a freelance drinks writer contributing in a monthly column to a national magazine. This Belvedere brand ambassador believes the key ingredients to a good cocktail are fun, originality, great products and a little bit of history.
