Christian Knoch became an apprentice brewer and maltster in a mid-sized, family-owned brewery, in the heart of Rhön in Bavaria when he was just 18 years old. His passion for beer took him to the Technical University of Munich/Weihenstephan, world renowned for its brewing research and academic training, where he graduated with a "Diplom-Braumeister". Trained with the fine art of brewing beer, the brewmaster at the urban craft-brewery, LeVeL33, Knoch combines specially sourced ingredients with authentic traditional European recipes to brew nothing but high-quality beers.
