A History of Capella
The British once called the two-storey building Tanah Merah. Built in the 1880s by the British military as a recreation and entertainment center for officers, the colonial building was restored by British architect Norman Foster and cover at least 12 hectares of land on Sentosa Island. Preserving the natural beauty of the land, guests are still able to view the beautiful scenery of the island.
