An Australian, he upholds the proud fine dining tradition of his home country, where he’s well-recognised for his expertise, experience and devotion to the art and science of fine cooking. Since year 2000, Chef Rollinson has done stints in respected restaurants in Melbourne and Victoria, where he racked up an impressive slew of awards including One Chef’s Hat, 2008 Edition of Australian Good Food and Accommodation Guide, and being shortlisted as The Age newspapers’ Young Chef of the Year 2007. Now with locally esteemed steakhouse The Prime Society, Chef Rollinson aims to bring the high standards of the establishment up another notch.
