The executive chef of The Academy Bistro at the Supreme Court, Chef Jimmy Chok is recognised as one of the most talented young chefs in Singapore. He is the former chef and owner of Salt restaurant and he is famed for his expertise in combining the best of the culinary worlds. From the west to the east, his dishes are innovative and delectable, both to the palates and to the eyes. Before this, he has worked in Raffles Hotel and Fig Leaf Restaurant, among many others.
