Chef James Viney has travelled extensively and worked with some of the best Michelin-starred chefs around the globe, from Australia to Scotland, South Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Japan and Macau at present. In 2007, Chef Viney brought forward his wealth of experiences and joined Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, Japan as executive chef. In 2008, he moved for the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Macao Cotai Strip®, China which was the only hotel in Macau on the Condé Nast Hot Lists 2009 as well as the home to the only two-Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant in Macau included in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong/Macau 2009/2010.
