As the regional pastry consultant for Valrhona, Vincent Bourdin holds the helm at the Valrhona representative office for Asia Pacific in Singapore. His illustrious career also includes stints at various hotels and pastry shops in Europe, including the renowned Pierre Hermé. Bourdin was honoured with the national order of Merite Agricole by the French government in 2008 in recognition of his gastronomic contributions.
