This French-trained chef started cooking at the tender age of 13 and by 20, he was already working as a chef in a three-Michelin-starred French restaurant. From a very young age, he has made a name for himself working at high profile restaurants including the three-Michelin-starred Pierre Gagnaire, one-Michelin-starred L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon and three-Michelin-starred L'Astrance.
