Only 29 years old, Chef Alexandre Lozachmeur already has vast experiences in the world of gastronomy. Beginning as a demi-chef de partie for three-Michelin-starred Chef Alain Ducasse’s Spoon Food & Wine in Paris to executive chef of Au Petit Salut today, Chef Lozachmeur has amassed an illustrious culinary mileage with experiences in some of the best restaurants in the world. Growing up in the town of Antibes on the Cote d'Azur, he found his true culinary calling ever since a young age. His passion for food was cultivated having watched his grandfather spending countless hours in the kitchen. Nominated twice for the World Gourmet Summit Awards Of Excellence Meat & Livestock Australia Rising Chef of the Year, this is a testament to his culinary talent.
