Peter Sisseck is the 40-year-old winemaker of Pingus. He is currently situated at Dominio de Pingus at Pesquera, Spain. He gained knowledge and winemaking experiences at his uncle’s vineyard in Bordeaus when he was younger. Dominio de Pingus is the hugely successful winery in Ribera del Duero which has produced astounding results in a very short duration. The grapes that make the wine are hand-sorted on the wine, and the grapes are inspected one by one. The ields are extremely low, and the wine is incredibly concentrated. This results in Pingus being one of the most expensive wines in the world.
