A new comer in the culinary scene of Singapore, Amandeep Singh is no stranger to authentic and traditional Indian food. Prior to coming to Singapore, Singh had worked in many prestigious organisations, holding several portfolios. Gaining most of his experience in India, Singh ventured on to London in 2002 where he had the opportunity to bring his culinary skills onboard to P&O Cruises.

Equipped with the knowledge and his invaluable experience in London, Singh returned to his homeland in 2006 where he joined a luxury resort as a Sous Chef. He was quickly promoted within six months to Executive Sous Chef. With his undying thirst for new things, Singh spearheaded the opening of ”Kakori”, a fine dining Indian restaurant.

Always passionate and motivated, Singh continued to venture and came to Singapore to offer his new creations.
