For Marco Sacco whose parents are long time restaurateurs, it could be said that he was destined for the gastronomic world. Sacco’s talent is undisputed as he brought about Piccolo Lago (his family restaurant) its first Michelinstar in 2004 and was awarded his second Michelin-star in 2007. He is also one of the founding members of a team of Michelin-starred-chefs from the region whose mission is to introduce their gastronomic heritage to the world.
