Fabrice Danniel was born in Antibes, in the south of France and began his career in 1985 after obtaining his Certificat d’ Aptitude Professionnelle. The development of his culinary skills was honed throughout his working days in kitchens throughout France and other countries and he has worked in prestigious Michelin-starred Parisian restaurants. Since early 2003, Danniel has been part of the teaching chefs of Le Cordon Bleu n the Dusit Culinary School.
