Ramón Freixa started his culinary love affair in the bakery of his grandparents. Fuelled by his passion and the desire to follow in his father’s foorsteps, Freixa steered is career towards high gastronomy. In 1994, Freixa succeeded his father’s one-Micheline-starred restaurant, El Racó dén Freixa, and is also in charge of Messana restaurant in Marbella and ERREEDE in Madrid.
