Peter Thornley had six years of experience at Te Papa, 18 months as head chef at Soul on the viaduct, and is the sole chef outside Europe to win the Mandarin Napolean Culinary Grand Prix against 1,2000 other European chefs. These are the expereiences he will never swap for anything else. Now based in Auckland as Bracu’s executive chef, Thornley is set to make available a pleasant and enthusiastic atmosphere in his kitchen.
