The current heir of Ristorante La Primula, Andrea Canton’s passion for cooking was sparked off at the tender age of 15. The well-travelled Canton has apprenticed in Milan with the first Italian chef to earn the three-Michelin-star award, the acclaimed Gualteiro Marchesi.
