It is fortunate for gourmands that Joseph Martin discovered his passion and flair for cooking while pursuing his first love of becoming a soccer player. Martin has showcased his culinary talents at leading hotel groups including Sheraton Luxury Collection and the Sydney Oprea House. He was also a chef at the two-Michelin-starred Hotel Martinez in France and expanded his culinary experience in China, India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, New Caledonia and Australia.

His passion for culinary experimentation that saw his involvement in television programmes in UK and Asia can be felt right at Global Kitchen where he presently serves as the executive chef.
