Brian Cleere started out his training at the reputable Park Hotel Kenmare, a luxurious château in Ireland. He went on to refine his skills at various highly acclaimed restaurants such as the Hilton International Perth and Mietta’s. Following this, he took up the position of executive chef back at a hotel in Ireland where he first started his culinary pursuits and was awarded a Michelin-star for his impressive performance in the gastronomic scene in 1994.
With the vast experience from his culinary endeavours, Cleere’s contact with a myriad of cultures has been translated into an amazing display of gastronomic delights. He is now the executive chef of mezza9 at Grand Hyatt Singapore where the taste of luscious international cuisine is completed with his culinary expertise.
