Given the depth of flavours in the dshes that Alex Lozachmeur creates, one would never guess his age. Only 27 years old, Lozachmeur has an uncompliacted culinary style, yet his vast experience in the gastronomic field has added a dash of intricacy and delicate familiarity to the body of his French and Mediterranean cookings.
Growing up in historic town of Antibes on the Cote d’ Azur, Lozachmeur honed his culinary skills at several restaurants under the wine of three-Micheline-starred Alain Ducasse, including the Spoon brand and the flagship restaurant at the Plaza Athenee in Paris. Lozachmeur is now the chef de cuisine at Dolce Vita, offering the patrons of the restaurant an experience of true Mediterranean flavours.
