Originally from Melbourne, Geoff Bone found his passion for food at a young age of ten. Now the executive chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, he oversees all culinary operations and menus for Greenhouse, Summer Pavilion, Snappers, In-Room Dining and The Ritz-Carlton Club as well as the banqueting department. Bone’s dishes reflect the world of flavours he acquired from his experiences in Australia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, portraying a diversity of national tastes from each continent he visited.
