Starting out in the culinary arena at a tender age of eighteen, Roncero has since worked with many renowned establishments like Zalacain, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant, and the Hotel Ritz, Madrid. He is also actively involved in the gastronomic community, awarded a second and third place in the Young Chef’s Championship of the community of Madrid and the Spanish Championship respectively. A masterchef at the World Gourmet Summit 2006, Roncero has put up an impressive showcase of his culinary skills.
