Gan Swee Lai's passion for cooking took root after joining the Stamford School of Culinary and Service Management Group of Colleges in Malaysia. Broadening his experience and culinary career at Hotel Equatorial in Kuala Lumpur, the dedicated chef then went regional, taking a position with Sheraton Towers Singapore followed by The Regent Singapore. Thereafter, he moved on to the Oaks Grill & Bar before joining Gordon Grill at the invitation of the Goodwood Park Hotel.
