Executive Chef Wolfgang Ranner who has been with the hotel for three years is backed with 19 years of culinary experience. Ranner started his career in 1987 as a chef in his hometown of Austria where he worked his way up from a Commie de cuisine to a sous chef. Through the course of his culinary career, he gained accolades such as the coveted Austrian National Chef competition and World Chef Championship, both in 1991.
