The Masters of Australian Food and Wine is a biennial event that emphasises on the pleasures of enjoying great food and fine wine. Various leading culinary professionals from the all over the globe are invited to come to Australia to prepare, cook and demonstrate their unique style cuisine within the diverse food and beverage outlets of Crown Entertainment Complex. These high profile international and local food and beverage professionals take part in a series of Crown Discovery Dinners, a variety of assorted wine dinners, a gala dinner banquet, culinary demonstrations, independent restaurant promotions and seminars.

The inaugural World Gourmet Summit Las Vegas will take place this year from 19 – 24 November at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. This event, themed ‘Artistry on the Table’, is one of four partner events that belong to the World Gourmet Club and will involve masterchefs and top winemakers in a week of exquisite wining and dining. Among the highlights are culinary masterclasses, vintner dinners, a charity gala dinner, a lunch hosted by The International Food & Beverage Forum and a wine exhibition. Organised by Mr Kurt Fischer and his team, the first edition of this annual event promises to match its host city in vivacity, distinction and finesse.
