of boutique winery, Howard Park. Sharing her husband's
love for wines, the Burch embarked on a project in
1986 that would change their destiny forever - Howard
Park was born. Under their common passion
for good wines and meticulous care, Howard Park grew
tremendously over the recent years. Considered as
one of the top elite premium wineries in Western Australia,
Amy Burch took charge of the winery's marketing, design
and management activities.

Like Dr Christopher Rawson Penfolds,
the founder of Penfolds, Peter Gago is a firm believer
of medicinal value in wines. Similarly, Gago is in
constant pursuit of higher learning like the late
doctor. Having graduated as Dux of the Bachelor of
Applied Science (Oneology) degree course, Gago went
on to gain a Bachelor of Sciene (Education) from the
University of Melbourne. With a flair for making superb
pinot noir and sangiovese, Gago also launches his
new book "Australian Wine - From the vine to
the Glass".

Donald Patz met James Hall back in 1985 and struck up

they began their project of forming Patz & Hall
together with Anne Mosses and Heather Patz. The results
were tremendous, shaking the industry with their high
quality wines. Highly recommended by The Wine Spectator
for its Mt. Veeder-Carr Vineyard 1996, by The Wine Advocate
