theme for World Gourmet Summit (WGS)
2002 will focus on The Art
of Dining. It expounds
on the pleasures of enjoying great food
and fine wine which is the common passion
in every country. This world wide love
for epicurean delights will be further
elevated during the week of WGS where
international chefs and famous vintners
gather to showcase and highlight gastronomic
enjoyment for all. Beginning from 7
to 13 April 2002, in conjunction with
the biennial Food & Hotel Asia,
WGS once again delight all with more
exciting events.

Beard Evening in WGS 2002! Our honourable
guest, president of the prestigious
James Beard Foundation, Mr Len Pickell
will join us in our epicurean celebration.
In addition, internationally renowned
personalities who are recognized for
their excellent service in the hospitality
industry will be invited for the coming
