Under his parents'
influence, Christophe Brunet developed
his flair for wine appreciation when
he was young. After graduating from
Centre de Formation of Niort in France,
with a diploma in Catering, Brunet
started his career as Sommelier in
some Relais & Chateaux and various
Michelin Star Restaurants in France.
After working for some of the famous
names such as "La Tour D' Argent"
in Paris, he was appointed as Head
Sommelier with "Les Ambassadeurs"
- a London Casino Club where he was
responsible for a team of four Sommeliers.
Brunet finally settled down in 1998,
by joining Miguel Torres. As Sommelier
at Miguel Torres, Brunet is in charge
of prestige accounts, liaising with
the restaurant trade as well as coordinating
food and wine promotions with restaurants
and hotels. He travels extensively
in representation of the company.
